You're Not Doing This Alone

You're exhausted from explaining your child to every new teacher. You worry about whether they'll make friends. You're Googling autism questions at 2am.

We've been there. We get it.

That's why EverCare exists - to give you real support, honest answers, and therapy that actually fits your family's life.

Our Story

Why We Built This

EverCare started because too many families were waiting months for therapy, getting cookie-cutter programs, and feeling invisible in the system.

Our CEO, Shimon Shoshan, built EverCare around one idea:

My commitment to families comes from a simple desire to help people move forward. I know that seeking therapy for your child is a big decision, and my promise is that you’ll always be treated with the respect, care, and integrity you deserve.

Shimon Shoshan

CEO of EverCareABA

That means:

When you call, you get a real person who cares

When you text at 9pm, we respond

When something's not working, we tell you and change it

When you need support, we show up

WHO'S ACTUALLY WORKING WITH YOUR CHILD

Meet Your Kid's Team (And Yours)

No scripts. No rigid formulas. Just principles that guide every session:

Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

These are the people who figure out what makes your child tick. What motivates them? What shuts them down? What gets them excited to learn? They build programs around your child's actual personality.

Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

Your child's consistent person. They're the ones who notice when your kid is having an off day before anyone else does. They adjust on the fly, celebrate the tiny wins, and don't give up when things get hard.

Parent Coaches

Your direct line when something's confusing, frustrating, or just not making sense. They help you understand what's happening in sessions, teach you techniques that work at home, and answer the "weird" questions.

Here's the thing

Many of us are parents ourselves—some with kids on the spectrum. We're not just reading about sensory overload or executive function challenges. We're living it. We pack the same noise-canceling headphones in our bags.

HOW WE'RE DIFFERENT

What Makes EverCare Different

We Don't Pretend to Have All the Answers

Your child stumps you sometimes. They stump us too. The difference? We say it. "I don't know why that happened, but let's figure it out together" is a complete sentence here. No fake expert-knows-best BS.

You Get Straight Answers

"How's my child doing?" shouldn't require a PhD to understand the response. We tell you what's working, what's not, and what we're changing. In plain language. If you don't understand something, that's our failure to explain—not yours to comprehend.

We Build Around Your Life, Not Our Schedule

Your job isn't flexible. Your other kids have activities. Your partner travels for work. We know. We don't tell you to "just make it work"—we figure out what actually works for your family's reality.

Progress Looks Different for Every Kid

Some kids go from nonverbal to full sentences. Some kids learn to ask for help instead of melting down. Some kids make a friend. All of that is progress. We don't have a predetermined finish line your child needs to hit.

From First Call to Real Progress

Week 1-2: We Learn Who Your Child Is

Not just their diagnosis or test scores. What do they love? What makes them anxious?

How do they communicate when they're frustrated? We spend time observing, playing, and learning your child's language before we start teaching ours.

Ongoing: Therapy in Real Situations

We teach skills in the places they're needed. If your child struggles with restaurants, we go to restaurants. If getting dressed is a nightmare, we work on getting dressed. We don't simulate real life—we practice in it.

Week 3-4: We Build Your Plan (Together)

You tell us what's breaking your family right now. Brutal mornings? Dangerous behaviors? School suspensions? We focus there first—not on our checklist of skills, but on what's actually destroying your quality of life.

Every 4-6 Weeks: We Course-Correct

Kids change. Families change. What worked last month might not work now. We check in regularly—not just "how's therapy?" but "is this still the right focus for your family?" If not, we pivot.

WHO'S ACTUALLY WORKING WITH YOUR CHILD

Real Support, Not Just Scheduled Sessions

The Panic Text

“She won't get on the school bus and I'm going to be late for work. Help." We don't wait until next session to respond. We problem-solve in real-time because you need solutions now, not Thursday at 3pm.

The Teacher Call

Your child's teacher doesn't understand why they're struggling. You're not sure either. We join the conversation, translate your child's behavior, and help everyone get on the same page.

The Sibling Conversation

Your other kids see their brother or sister getting extra attention and don't understand why. Or they're embarrassed by public meltdowns. We help you talk to them about it in age-appropriate ways.

The Win We Celebrate Together

Your child asked for help instead of hitting. Used words instead of screaming. Tried a new food. These might seem small to others, but we know what they mean to you. We celebrate them.
